How much is shipping within the United States?
We offer Free Standard Shipping ($0.00) on all domestic orders, regardless of size or weight.
How long will it take to get my order?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days to reach your address in the U.S.
Where are the clothes shipped from?
To offer premium style at competitive prices, we ship from our international fulfillment centers based in central Asia. Our corporate office is located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit, especially in our tailored collections.
What if the item doesn't fit?
No problem! We have a 30-day return policy. Just ensure the tags are still on and the garment is unworn.
